RSGB CC:
    When starting a new log, the mode defaulted
    to CW and could not be changed to SSB. 
    Fixed - thanks M0JWB.

DXpedition Mode:
    Earlier QSOs were not listed on a callsign
    match.  Fixed - thanks PA0JNH. 

WinKey:
    Broken code made it impossible to enable
    WinKey (using the WINKEY command) without
    first deleting the SD.INI file.  Fixed.

WW TRC Contest:
    Added support - with multiplier and template
    files, and hard-coded scoring.  Tracking of
    TRC DXCC multiplier QSOs is not supported.
