SPDX Contest:
     SO2R, a valid Polish call, clashed with SD's
     SO2R command (for enabling 2-rig control).
     The SO2R command has been changed to 2R.

V15.36         2nd April 2011

RSGB RoPoCo:
     Separate template files supplied for CW and
     SSB events.

     Fixed the display of RST for SSB - shown as
     599 for the first QSO.


V15.35         1st April 2011

International Naval Contest:
     Fixed the scoring.  Thanks I7ALE.

Commonwealth Contest:
     Fixed the Bonus analysis in SDCHECK.  Thanks
     VP8NO.

CTY Files.
     All updated.
