[SD-User] Changed behaviour in ESM?

The call entered wasn't one already worked on another band by 
chance.  In this case the state would already pre entered in the 
state field and ESM primed to send the report not "Mycall" after the 
first call attempt.

In that circumstance the thing to do is hit F5 (I believe).
