[SD-User] Beru/Commonwealth templates?

Just to complicate matters, it runs ok on my desktop PC but not the 
laptop I use for contesting!

Both run SD V15.33, the desktop uses XP Professional and the laptop uses 
XP Home........................Don't you just love computers :-) --
