[SD-User] DIRECT ENTRY OF FREQUENCY

Hi Paul,

Tonight, I sorted out one problem I was having, direct frequency entry.
I would enter a frequency and I would get a call from my loaded .LST,
like 10118 would get me W1AAX. I entered 07028, then I got the 7028
in my radio. Likewise, enter 010118 and the radio went to it. I could not
find in the SD manual where that leading zero was needed, but it is.

I tried with a sole S and my IC-765 went to SSB, but C will not make
it return to CW. I had entered 07195 and the rig went, but it did not
change to SSB until a sole S was entered, but a sole C would not change
it back.
