[SD-User] CTY-2104 Country Files - 11 March 2011

My understanding is that Paul EI5DI has to do something to the files
before his software can use them.  I will post these announcements on
the SD-USER reflector going forward.  I have set NoMail, so if you
reply to the reflector, I won't see it unless you copy my address.
