[SD-User] Uploading fixed

TQSL can read Cabrillo files, sign and convert them to TQ8 files just fine.

You can see the option to select either ADIF or Cabrillo files in the 
"File" menu of TQSL, and the capability is documented on the ARRL Web 
site in the TQSL instructions.
