[SD-User] Distance not shown

Hi all,

I use SD 15.52 (with full license key) and I did not find where is the 
distance shown.
In the second line under the call/report line I get for instance "EU 321 
England" if I type a GB call, so 321 is bearing but where is the 
distance shown?

It's not really important in a contest, but it's interesting to know!

I checked SD.INI:
SD_DISTUNIT = K
SD_LCTR = JN25MA
so I guess everything is correct.
