[SD-User] RAEM contest, small bugs

Hi all!

Just finished the RAEM Contest, logging with SD.
Found that when entering call, RETURN, and then accidentally hitting RETURN again without number and QTH, the program locks and must be closed by clicking to close the window. Starts OK again the usual way, no data lost.

The special Call RAEM is rejected when trying to enter. Did enter as RA1EM instead and later corrected it in Cabrillo and ADIF files.
