The RAC Winter Contest takes place from 0000 - 2359 UTC
on Saturday 29th December.  There are SSB, CW and Mixed
sections on the 6 HF contest bands from 160m to 10m,
and on 2m.

     Select the "RAC Winter Contest" template.

Work everyone - Canadian QSOs score 5 time as many points
as others.  Multipliers are Canadian provinces, by band
and by mode.  Canadians send their province abbreviation,
others send serials.

After the contest, use SDCHECK to create your Cabrillo
.LOG file, and send it to canadawinter at rac.ca.  Please
mention SD in your Cabrillo soapbox comments.
