[SD-User] IOTA 2012 Reference File

Joe OZ0J has kindly provided a reference file of IOTA
island operations, with 184 records.

I have reformatted it in callsign sequence, without tabs,
and named it IOTA12.LST.  It may be downloaded from
www.ei5di.com/sd/iota12.lst or www.ei5di.com/sd/iota12.zip

When loaded with SD's LOAD command, island references
are pre-filled on a callsign match.  This file may be
combined with any other callsign reference file you're
using with SD.
