[SD-User] SD Ver 15.59

I started working the Russian Districts  contest with an older version 
of SD. Seems they have changed the rules which my old version didn't 
recognise.

Downloaded the latest version 15.59 but it doesn't seem to send the 
correct serial number. eg I am in QSO 004 but the program sends 005!

I am now going to try it on a different computer, a laptop running XP.  
Third try at it makes an entry a no no as far as I can see, not a 
problem but SD has mostly worked flawlessly
over the years I have used it. Anybody else having problems?
