V17.21 4 December 2013

Rig Control:
With rig control enabled, SD now tells you when the
rig is set to an invalid band (for example, 160m in
the IOTA Contest), and logging is disabled. Thanks
     G0LHZ.

Control file added for IC-7100. Thanks G0NEY.

QSO Total by Call:
Fixed the display total on leaving the callsign
     field. Thanks G3VQO and SM5BKK.

CQWW:
Updated country recognition routines. For example,
if N8A is a valid (and complete) call for American
Samoa, calls beginning with N8A are identified as
USA and not as American Samoa.

Restored display of points for each QSO.

All Austria 160m Contest:
Restored serials in Cabrillo QSO records - by
updating the template QAUSTRIA.TPL. Thanks DL5YM.

SDCHECK:
Fixed the option to recreate .ALL QSO records
from the .AUD audit file. Thanks G4OTV.

V17.20 15 November 2013

ARRL SS - CW:
With ESM enabled in S&P mode, Minus (-) in the
exchange field would not wipe the QSO. Fixed,
     thanks VE7BQO and WA9AQN.

CQWW:
SD did not count own-country QSOs as mults,
due to broken code. Fixed, thanks Hans
     MM0XAU.

RSGB 2nd 1.8 MHz Contest:
Updated to restore the ability to log the serial
and district code (from UK stations) as a single
     field.

When SD pre-fills the district code (on a .LST
file callsign match), data entry revert to
individual serial and district code fields.

SD is free from ei5di.com - please encourage other
contesters to try it.

When you install a new version of SD, you may
have to increase the size of the default window
to fill your screen. This should be done
separately for both SD and SDCHECK.

Click on the title bar, or the SD icon, at the top
LHS of the window and select Properties, then Font.
If you have a widescreen (16:9) monitor, select the
Lucida Console font. For a 4:3 monitor, select the
Consolas font (not available on XP). Then choose
whatever size of font you prefer. SD's window
expands or contracts in direct proportion to the
chosen font size.

If you find bugs in V17.21, please send me the
details - pokane at ei5di dot com. Older versions
are not supported, so please confirm that the
problem exists in this version.

Please let me have your suggestions for changes or
additions. If you don't ask, it may not happen :-)

73,
Paul EI5DI
