[SD-User] REF CW Contest

The REF contest takes place from 0600 UTC Saturday 26th
to 1759 UTC Sunday 27th January.  It is CW-only on the
5 contest bands from 80-10m, with HP, LP (100w) and QRP
(5w) sections,

SD V16.11 supports this event - www.ei5di.com.
Earlier versions are not recommended.

    Select the "REF, DX" template (DX entrants)
               "REF, France" template  (French entrants)

    and CW as your mode.

French stations send their département number or
country prefix (Overseas Territories). All others
send a serial, and work "French" stations only -
with multipliers for départements and certain
country prefixes - as listed in SD's multiplier
window.

French stations include Mainland France, Corsica,
and French Overseas Territories.

There's no need to worry about which countries, apart
from France, you can work for points, as SD displays
ineligible calls in red.

DX Entrants only - before using SDCHECK to prepare
your Cabrillo log, change the MAP parameters in your
template file, QREFDX.TPL, to read as follows (the
number of spaces between fields doesn't matter, so
long as there is at least one in each case).
