I'm sorry - I found the same problem myself and should
have posted a message about it.  I had tested V16.11
before the contest, but hadn't thought to try an edit.

It was a bug that applied only to the LZ Open, and
was caused by broken code dating from V15.61, and
associated with the QSO Rate table - even though
it's not displayed in this contest.

It is fixed for the next version of SD.
