[SD-User] Parallel port CW keying on 64 bit Windows 7

SD version 17.19
Windows 7 Pro SP1

I couldn't get parallel port CW keying going 'til I copied the 
INPOUT32.DLL from the N1MM directory, at which time it started working, 
apparently without a hitch.

The INPOUT32.DLL that was installed with SD was v 1.0.0.1, 12/22/2003. 
The version from N1MM was v 1.5.0.0, 10/3/2011. I have absolutely no idea 
what's changed; this was a pure desperation move.

The PC's a refurbed Dell OptiPlex 960.

Setting up a new(er) PC, new unfamiliar OS and new version SD all at once 
the day before the contest, a recipe for disaster :-)
