[SD-User] RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest

The RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest runs from 0700-1859 UTC on
Sunday 6th October.  There are CW-Only, SSB-Only and
Mixed sections, each with Open, Restricted (100w and
single-element antenna for each band)) and QRP (10w)
categories - and it's Multi-Op if you use spotting
networks.

   Others      - use the "RSGB 21/28, DX" template.

UK works non-UK only, and vice-versa.

Exchange Serials - UK stations add their 2-character
district code

Mults are non-UK countries for UK entrants, and UK district
codes for non-UK entrants - they count by band and by mode.
