[SD-User] DX Entries for ARRL DX - Cabrillo Log

For entrants outside W/VE, when using SDCHECK to create your
Cabrillo log and when asked for "Location", enter your Power -
what you sent in every QSO.

If you don't do this, the Cabrillo log will show "DX" instead
of power - and your log will be rejected by the robot.

This will be fixed in V17.29.
