No, I hadn't heard of it either, until I was asked to

It is CW and/or SSB on the five contest bands from 80-10m.

Sunday 23rd March - from 0800Z-1359Z - 6 hours.

Work everyone, send your ITU Zone and log zones, (or
2-character district codes from Central Asian stations)
Mults are district codes and zones by band.
