Note to readers.  Sverre LA2OJ did indeed register, but
he supplied an invalid email address and my emails (with
the key file) were bounced.  Therefore, I refunded the
registration fee via PayPal on 1st December.

He may not know this because, apparently, this was the
same email address known to PayPal but, if he checks
his account he can confirm the refund.

Now I will ask Sverre to register again with a valid
return email address..
