If you've tried editing the exchange (département)
in previously logged QSOs, you will probably see
that the old value is repeated (it partially overlaps
the points field.

There's no need to worry, just go ahead and type
the new value.  This is a display error only, and
does not affect the QSO data in any way. It may
look bad, but that's all there is to it.
