Updated SDIOTA.CTY, the call/country/island reference
file, with the latest information from
http://www.country-files.com

Updated IOTA.LST - the list of announced island
operations and DXpeditions.  The IOTA reference is
pre-filled on a callsign match.

Added IOTA.REF - enables lookup (in callsign field)
by IOTA reference.  Type any IOTA reference to see
your corresponding multiplier status for all bands
on both modes.
