[SD-User] GM Prefix in CQWW

This issue applies only to those of you who downloaded
CTY.ZIP/CQWW.CTY after Thursday 22 October.

The GM prefix was omitted in CQWW.CTY, and this will
affect your multiplier totals and claimed score in
CQWW SSB.

It's fixed now, and an updated CQWW.CTY may be
downloaded from www.ei5di.com/sd/cty.zip
The new CQWW.CTY should replace the older file
in your SD folder.  When you load your CQWW SSB
log with SD again, your mults and score will be
updated.  Thanks to Nigel G4KIU.
