UKEICC 80m Contests:
     If no locator is received, ---- (4 hyphens) may be
     substituted.  This prevents points being deducted,
     during adjudication, for a bust locator.

CWops Weekly contests:
     SD now loads CWOPS.SCP, an up-to-date custom
     Super Check Partial file of members and regulars
     in the CWT and CW OPEN contests - together with
     CWOPS.LST which pre-fills the exchange on a
     matching callsign.  Thanks N7WY.

     CWOPS.SCP and CWOPS.LST are included with SD's
     installation files, or they may be downloaded
     from www.ei5di.con/sd/cwops.zip

PACC Contest:
     For PA entrants, PA districts were missing in
     Cabrillo logs due to template errors.  Fixed.
