[SD-User] SD V17.39 Help

I have been having an issue loading this version onto  a Dell Latitude 
E6400 laptop that is the same as it works perfectly on in the shack.  
Paul tried a few things but this machine does not like the SD.EXE file 
for some reason.

He suggested I ask for a copy of SD.EXE from any other SD v17.

If someone could provide, please rename as .TXT in the e-mail so it does 
not cause problems in transit.
