Sharing Ports for CW and Rig Control:
     This is a legacy of the time when some PCs had
     only a single physical serial port.  With USB
     ports, there can be any number of virtual serial
     ports.  The option to share COM ports, using the
     SHARE command, is discontinued.

Rig Control:
     The POLLTIME and LINKTIME parameters are now based
     directly on the bit rate selected for rig control.
     As such, the commands are redundant.

     SO2R support is discontinued.

QRS:
     Semicolon gives an instant QRS, and a second one
     restores normal CW speed.  The QRS command has been
     added to permit any chosen speed reduction from
     10 to 30 percent.  Thanks K1ESE.

     This applies to both WinKey and SD's internal keyer.
     With WinKey, however, it works only when CW speed is
     controlled from the keyboard, not from WinKey's speed
     pot.  If necessary, use the POT command to toggle
     control to the keyboard.  Under keyboard control,
     change speed with Page Up and Page Down.
