Rig Control:
     Broken code in V19.07 caused band-edge frequencies to
     be written to QSO records, even though exact frequencies
     were shown while logging.  Fixed. Thanks GM4SID and
     G4DDX.

RSGB NFD:
     Corrected scoring - double points for 160m QSOs only, not
     for 10m.
