RDA - Russian District Award Contest:
    Fixed a formatting error on the logging line.

SDX:
    With rig-control enabled, the B20, B80 etc. band
    change commands now work. Thanks ZS6KR.

Random Serials:
    Added support for pseudo-random serials generated
    from the previous callsign and serial received.

Random RST:
    This feature is discontinued. It was toggled by the
    RANDOM command which is itself discontinued.

If you plan to operate in the RDA Contest on 19/20 August
you will need V19.14. Select the "RDA, DX" template, NOT
the "RDXC, DX" template.

0800z Saturday 19 August.
