[SD-User] Call History File for the Marathon

Updated for the Marathon, focsd.lst is available from
www.ei5di.com/sd/focsd.zip

Extract focsd.lst and save or move it to your SD folder
to replace any older file of the same name.

This file is loaded automatically when using SD's
Marathon option - it does not have to be loaded
separately.

It supports lookup by membership number.  For example
type 1905 in the callsign field to see "PAUL EI5DI".
If there is no dupe warning, press Enter to get
EI5DI in the callsign field and 1905 in the exchange
field, ready to be logged.
