NAQP:
     Callsign reference file NAQP.LST (supplied) is loaded
     at startup, and Name and State are pre-filled on a
     callsign match.  Thanks K1ESE.

Icom Rig Control:
      Fixed broken code related to removing 2-radio support.
      Icom rig control is now restored.  Thanks G0HDB.

Commonwealth Contest:
     Updated to support multiple HQ stations in any call area.

UBA Contest:
     LZ was not recognised as EU (3 points). Fixed.
     Thanks GM4SID.

Commonwealth Contest:
     Now shows points (5 or 25) for each QSO.
