Dupe-checking in QSO Parties.
   In QSO parties, stations may be logged in one or more
   counties, on the same band and mode, without later
   QSOs (in a new county) counting as dupes.

   Previously, SD required /M or /R suffixes to suppress
   dupe checking.

   When logging a station already worked on the current
   band & mode, SD displays previous counties worked but
   does not pre-fill a county.

   The QSO will be a dupe when there is a match on call,
   county, mode and band.

   This feature is controlled by the QSOPARTY parameter
   in relevant templates.

Alt-W to Wipe a QSO:
   When used as an alternative to Minus, SD entered
   Keying Mode if "K" was the first callsign letter
   typed. Fixed, thanks S58Q.

V20.04  1 June 2018

Harry Angel Contest, VK:
   Added support.

Callsign Type-ahead.
   After logging a QSO where type-ahead occurred, if F2
   (in the empty callsign field) was used to repeat the
   previous call and exchange, the typed-ahead portion
   of the call was omitted.  Fixed.
