Rate Statistics:
   When leaving SD, you now get a list of your best "Last 10"
   and "Last 100" rates expressed in QSOs per hour, together
   with the QSO count for your best 60 minutes.

   For example, here are my stats for ARRL DX CW 2018 - K3
   barefoot on 20m to a 3-el yagi at 30 feet. The calculations
   are accurate, because SD records QSO times to the second.

     Best "Last 10" Rate   250  Ending 17:45:58
     Best "Last 100" Rate  177  Ending 18:17:47
     Best "60 minutes"     150  17:42 to 18:41

   The stats are stored in Records 3, 4 & 5 of the .ALL
   file, following the Name and Address fields, and are
   included in Cabrillo logs under the tag X-BEST-RATES:

QSO Rate Table:
   This shows your QSOs/hour rate for the last-10 and
   last-100 QSOs. Use Up-Arrow (as when editing QSOs) to
   see your rates at any stage of the contest.  V20.02
   corrects figures which were previously understated.

BERU / Commonwealth Contest:
   The template file QBERU.TPL has been updated to load
   BERU.LST call history and BERU.DTA Super Check Partial
   files at startup.  These files include known HQ and
   DXpedition stations for 2018

   Please ensure SCP is enabled (with the SCP command)
   to benefit from BERU.DTA.
