[SD-User] Yaesu FT-100 CAT with SD

Hi Paul,

As far as I can tell, the baud rate in the FT-100 is fixed at 4800 - there
is no menu to adjust this or indeed any serial CAT parameter.

Changing the stop bits etc in SD had no effect. The frequencies are
multiplied by ten or a hundred depending on band. E.g. 3525KHz becomes
352.500MHz, 14195KHz becomes 141.950MHz. Once this has changed, there seems
no way back except to shut down SD, change the band to something sensible on
the FT-100 and then reboot SD.

I'd send you my FT-100 but I think postage to the Republic and back would be
pricey. Sorry I cant be of more assistance. If I can help further, just ask.

This problem could be due to timing issues, to errors in the corresponding
rig-control parameter (.SD) files - FT100SD and FT817.SD, or to bugs in my
code. With regard to timing errors, it's always worth trying different baud
rates (if the rig permits), and use STOPBITS to change the number of Stop
Bits from 1 to 2 or vice-versa. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I would
need to get my hands on the rigs in question to fix the problem. 73, Paul
