[SD-User] SD and K1EL WKmini - Compact WKUSB keyer

Hi Paul 

First of all, thank you for SD. 

My problem: 
How do I set CW SPEED? 
My interface to SD is a K1EL WKmini - Compact WKUSB keyer. 
WKmini does not have a CW speed potentiometer. 

SD.INI 
I have tried fiddling with various parameters, but my changes are written over when SD closes. 
SD_WPM 43 - I have tried to change it to SD_WPM 18. 

I have attached SD.INI and some screenshots.
