[SD-User] SD V21.14 Released

Distances in Miles.
     SD calculates approximate distance as you enter calls
     on the logging line, for display in miles or kilometres
     according to the SD.INI parameter SD_DISTUNIT.  Fixed
     miles not displaying as integer values.  Thanks M0ITR.

When installing a new version of SD, take care to
"untick" the box corresponding to "Create a desktop
icon".  Otherwise you will have to resize SD's window,
and set other parameters described in GETTING STARTED
on page 3 of the manual SD.PDF.

Earlier versions of SD are not supported, so please
confirm that any problem still exists in V21.14.
