[SD-User] Flex support?

Can anyone help me configure SD to work with my Flex 6600 with SSDR v.3.1.8?

I already have partial rig control using the KENWOOD setup and virtual COM
ports for CAT and Winkey so I have bandswitching, frequency tracking and
keyboard CW, but I'm unable to execute some keyboard commands such as
change CW speed.  I'm about 80% there but still not ready to use it in a
contest.
