   Scoring for fixed entrants updated according to 2020 rules.

UKEICC 80m Contests:
   Updated for rules change to 6-character locators.  Call
   history file updated to pre-fill many such locators.

   If the full 6 characters are not received, clear the field
   with Esc (if necessary) and enter one or more zeros or
   hyphens (-).  The locator is then logged as ------.

Rig Control for Yaesu FTDX series of HF rigs.
   Added FTDX.SD - generic rig-control parameters.
   Added FTDX101.SD - same parameters as FTDX.SD.

When installing a new version of SD, to replace an older
version, take care to "untick" the box corresponding to
"Create a desktop icon".  Otherwise you may have to resize
SD's window, and set other parameters described in GETTING
STARTED on page 3 of the manual SD.PDF.
