[SD-User] REF French contest rules for F Stations

Hello,

Playing with SD REF F contest, I noticed some discrepancies for scoring qso
points.

Basically

F stations (inland, TK) = 6 points  is OK
FY/FG/FR/FP/FM/FO/FW  = 15 points is OK

FK/FH/FJ = 6 points. Needs to be 15 points
FS = 2 points. Needs to be 15 pointsF
