[SD-User] UK/EI DX Contest - SSB

This contest runs for 24 hours from 1200z Saturday 31st October.

It is SSB-only on the 5 contest bands from 80-10m.

For SD, the option is "UK/EI DX SSB" - SD is free from www.ei5di.com

Everyone works everyone.

Exchange serials.  UK and EI stations add their 2-character
District Code as listed on the Rules page.  59 is optional.

Mults are UK/EI districts, and other DXCC countries, by band.

The Russian WW Multimode Contest runs at the same time, and Russian
station will send a 2-character oblast code.  Ignore this, and enter
0 as the serial.
