I removed SD's option to log variable reports (RST Sent) earlier this
year.  This makes maintenance easier because, depending on other
exchange elements, there wasn't always room to show two reports, sent
and received, on the logging line.  I accept that, for general logging
(outside DXpeditions and contests), it might be useful to record
realistic reports.  However, in the hundreds of millions of QSO records
stored on LOTW, there are no reports whatsoever - they are all stripped
from uploaded QSOs.  Similarly, no reports are needed on QSLs for any
ARRL operating awards, including DXCC.

Thanks - I'll get that fixed.

Thanks - I'll fix that too.

Thanks - I've not tested QTCs without rig control.  That's another bug
to fix :-)
