SD V21.42 - 13 January 2021

Keyboard Mode:
    Restored PTT On when in keyboard mode. PTT must be enabled
    with the PTTON command for this to take effect.  Similarly,
    PTT is set to On during message playback.

NRRL Fylkestest:
    Updated FYLKES.MLT file supplied - thanks LA6DW.

V21.41  3 January 2021

UBA DX Contest:
    Updated post-Brexit scoring for ON entrants. Thanks ON4SS.

RAEM DX Contest:
    Added RAEM as a valid callsign.  Thanks EI7CC.

the box corresponding to  "Create a desktop icon".  Otherwise
you may have to resize SD's window, and set other parameters
described in GETTING STARTED on page 3 of the manual SD.PDF.
