SD V21.43 - 30 January 2021

SST - Slow Speed Tests:
These are weekly one-hour CW contests at 2000z each Friday
evening, starting 5th February, to suit European entrants.
The Slow Speed Tests are sponsored by CWops and the K1USN
   Radio Club. Rules at www.k1usn.com/sst.html

Select SD's "Slow Speed Test" option. The exchange is Name
and State or Province or Country-Prefix - for example PAUL EI.
Mults are W/VE States/provinces and non W/VE DXCC countries
   by band - on 160, 80, 40 and 20m.  SD loads a Names call-
history file (supplied) to pre-fill many names.

The recommended CW speed is 20wpm or slower. If you go faster,
SD displays your speed in red.  No logs are required - simply
post your points and mults (as shown in SD's Score Window)
within 2 days at 3830scores.com - use the K1USN SST option.

Remember to update your keyer memories (with Shift_F1, F2 etc)
   as preferred.

Minnesota QSO Party - MNQP:
Added support for Minnesota entrants. Thanks W0RSB.

FOC Marathon:
Updated call-history and SCP files supplied - FOCSD.LST and
FOCSD.DTA. They are loaded automatically. If matching FOC
calls do not appear in the SCP window (top left), use the
   SCP command to enable SCP.

SD is free from www.ei5di.com

When replacing an older version of SD , take care to "untick"
the box corresponding to  "Create a desktop icon".  Otherwise
you may have to resize SD's window, and set other parameters
described in GETTING STARTED on page 3 of the manual SD.PDF.

Before any CW contest, check the Function Key memory playback,
and edit the parameters as necessary - it's not automatic for each
contest.  Use Shift-F1, F2 as appropriate to edit the parameters.

If you find bugs in V21.43, report them to sd-user (at)
contesting.com

Please send suggestions, comments, or questions to
sd-user (at) contesting.com - not to me directly.

Paul EI5DI
