[SD-User] Changing setup between contests

Iy has been awhile since I contested, but if my memory
is not too concoluted, after a successful test, I copied
the SD.INI to another name, like CWTSD.INI, CQWWSD.INI,
or such. Next time in that contest, I just renamed the one I
wanted to just SD.INI and used it.
