Rick is not doing anything wrong. However,  SD does not automatically 
update CW messages in all contests.

 From Page 8 in the manual SD.DOCX -

*"SDdoes not, by default, load the correct exchanges in all CW 
contests*.It’s essential to check them all, and edit them as 
appropriate, *before* each contest."
