[SD-User] Legacy Console

Hi

I had cause to reinstall SD.
I'm working through setting the properties as described in page 3 of the
manual.
The problem is with the Options tab; I am unable to select Legacy Console
as this area is greyed out (see attached).
It informs me that the Legacy Console is not installed.
I can't see how to install it.

The Programs won't run correctly as is.
