Hi Lew-

I vote for Option B) Make no changes.  As I have stated here before, the 
serious contesters in my Division seem to be almost unanimous in their 
opposition to a short Sprint category being added, as they feel it will only 
siphon offf participation in the whole contest by those who would choose to 
enter just the Sprint category, and that it would fundamentally change the 
nature of the Sweepstakes contest in a negative way.  They feel that 
participaion awards would be a better way to stimulate participation by 
casual contesters.
