[SECC] GQP and log formats

Hi,
I think you need to check logs in some way. If you just send in summary
sheets it's like Field Day -- "an operating event" not a contest. If you are
running a QSO party with a nice awards program you don't want to give those
$50 plaques away to just anyone.
In the MQP and OQP we encourage everyone to submit their logs in some type
of electronic format. That way K8CC can run it through the log checking program that
he has. This makes checking logs pretty painless. Dave even has a freeware version
of NA that works for MQP, FQP, OQP to encourage computer logging. K4EA - he probably
would add GQP if you asked him to.....

Especially during a very active contest. Contesters must be able to trust
