[SECC] Electronic QSLs

I know that the last thing some of you might want is more QSLs, but you 
might check out this new (to me at least) web site which posts electronic 
QSLs.  I was surprised when I went to the site for the first time that 
there were seven posted there for me.

Does anyone know if the ARRL will accept them as valid?
