I think there is still no SSB operation permitted in JA on 160, but
other countries in Asia can work SSB on that band.  I'd not expect a lot
of propagation into Asia from the SE USA on SSB in Sept, though.

This can be a fun contest and, as Gary suggests, a few rare DX Asians
can usually be found among the JAs.  Send RS plus your age or RS plus 00
for YLs.
