[SECC] Congratulations to K4BAI & K4UEE

I see where K4BAI tied for fifth place in the WRTC pileup competition!  

Looks like K4UEE's team was #27 and K4BAI's was #34 in the final talley for
the competition.  Congratulations to both!  That's a great showing against
some of the top operators in the world.
